Ray was born and raised on the EAST SIDE (East St. Paul). He has many great memories of growing up on the lake, including sledding and the many events at the park. When he wasn't at school, he was playing his favorite sport, basketball. Even when he stopped playing on a team, he and his friends played pick-up games daily!

After high school, Ray went to Century Community College, and later Minnesota State-Moorhead. He joined Phi Sigma Kappa in Moorhead, and made some great friends. He and his fraternity brothers bonded over eating pizza and ramen while playing video games. Ray graduated with a degree in Broadcast Journalism in December of '06.

Currently Ray works in La Crosse, WI as a reporter for Fox News, and he recently took an amazing trip to Italy with his family! Ray is devoted to his family and friends. He also loves rock music, Family Guy, watching sports, going boating, and talking politics.
